Encryption in transit

Every site and application we deploy is served over HTTPS, and sensitive values such as passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.

Role-based access

Users see only what their role allows. Admin, staff and customer permissions are designed in from the first sprint.

Audit trails

Important actions, such as approvals, payments and deletions, are logged with who did what and when.

Backups and recovery

Production data is backed up on a schedule and we agree the recovery approach with you before launch.

Secure development

Code review, dependency updates, input validation and secrets kept out of source code are standard on our projects.

You own your data

Your data, domain and accounts stay yours, and you can export your data at any time. Growable keeps no hostage lock-in.

Privacy by design

We collect only what a feature needs and design consent and deletion flows with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before discussing your requirements.

Where is our data hosted?

We agree hosting with you per project: your own cloud or VPS account, or a managed environment we set up in your name.

Can we get a security questionnaire answered?

Yes. Send it to info@growabledigital.com and we will respond with details specific to your project.

Who owns the source code?

This is set out in the project agreement. For custom builds, ownership or licensing is agreed in writing before work begins.
