Building a multi-tenant Instagram DM automation platform

The challenge

Businesses that sell on Instagram get a steady stream of comments and DMs that need quick, consistent replies, and many have no tool that works inside Instagram's official rules.

What we built

We designed and built Replyyo on Meta's official Instagram APIs: comment-to-DM triggers, auto-replies, an AI agent that answers from the business's own knowledge base, a shared inbox and a simple lead pipeline. It is multi-tenant, so many businesses run on one platform with their own data and accounts, and Growable is the legal entity responsible for the platform data.
